No, not at all. It just means that News announcements will be made there rather than here. I will amend the topic title, I can see that it is misleading.

Have you thought about setting up a reddit sub for announcements & info? Lots of younger/newer folks getting into vinyl the last few years and subs like r/vinyl have 2.1M subscribers! I am completely done with FB and from a purely US perspective, its gone to crap. There's been a massive exodus lately from FB and for good reason.
