in december i had the same setup and it was working... maybe vinyl studio is not compatible with the latest mac os update of sequoia?

my focusrite 4th gen is brand new i bought it 2 days ago to try to fix this, so probably is not it. i bought just to try a new one that i thought the UA apollo twin x was the problem, but i guess its not =(

Hi,

For better or worse, you select ASIO in the 'Input Device' dropdown.  A new dropdown will then appear that lets you select the driver for your Zoom.

I hadn't noticed that option on the dropdown, too hasty I guess   
I had selected 'Line on Zoom UAC-232 Audio' which only gave the WASAPI options.

Hi All,

My recording device is a USB Zoom UAC-232, capable of 32bit float/192kHz

The driver has been installed but the option for ASIO does not appear in the dropdown list, only MME and WASAPI. I'm using Vinylstudio Premium

I can select ASIO driver if I use Reaper for capture.

Has anyone used the Zoom UAC-232 with ASIO? If so, how do I enable it?

OK, thanks.  Maybe there's a problem on the input side of your FocusRite(s), have you investigated that?

Hmmm, OK.  How does it sound when you monitor a recording in the Check Level dialog?  Does it sound distorted then?
