Crash VS 13.1.3 Windows 11

I was recording something and called up the custom tags dialog from the "Edit Album Details" dialog.

I deleted a few of the standard entries I normally have set, then added four new entries, closed the custom tags dialog and got the error.

Three more things about this:

This is something I do a lot, adding custom tags during a recording so I suspect this is an exceptional exception.

The VS instance wasn't fresh, recordings had been done earlier and the pc hibernated several times.

When I restarted VS post crash the custom tags dialog was blank.
