Error importing Flac File

I'm very new to using Vinyl Studio and still playing with the demo version. I'm very impressed with its features. But when I try to import a .flac file created with either Audacity or Amadeus Pro I get the following error:

Sample rate in file:

test.flac

is invalid.  This must be 16, 22, 32, 44, 48, 96 or 192 kHz

Can anyone please tell me if I'm just missing something? The .flac file is recorded in 24bit, 96kHz and other players open it and identify the format properly.
