Help with Scratch elimination

I'd like to see a way for me to "mark" a scratch, and then have the program highlight the waveform with marks that are exactly 1/33.3333 seconds apart (maybe have a "calibration" factor to allow for off speeds of turntables) for the next "X" seconds [X could be set by me]

Scratches are fairly easy to pick up in quiet sections of record, but hard to see/hear in loud sections, but I'd still like to at least have the choice of modifying the waveform

VinylStudio tackles this in a different way.

When you are working in the Cleanup Audio window, the ) and ( keys move you forward and backward by one disc rotation period respectively.  You can set the disc rotation period in the Edit Album dialog, which you can reach from the Split Tracks window.
