Keyboard Shortcuts Not Working

Hey Paul,
I'm having another of those "it didn't used to happen but is now" problems. I can not get the keyboard shortcuts to work in VS. I don't see a setting in VS that would account for the alt/option & shift keys not functioning in the Split-Tracks window. For instance, the little squares no longer appear on the track markers when alt/option is pushed nor does the shift-key make the green marker selectable. I'm using VS-9.09 a Mac (10.13.6) with a Logitech wireless keyboard. Nothing has changed in my setup or system (no mouse or Accessibility changes). VS is the only program that is affected.
Any ideas?

This seems to happen occasionally and we're not sure why.  Did you try restarting your Mac?
